Sashe Dimitroff is the global practice leader of BakerHostetler’s International Arbitration and Litigation team. Ranked in both Chambers Global and Chambers USA, he represents clients in commercial matters with an emphasis on energy disputes, breach of contract and commercial fraud, oil and gas litigation, financial and cryptocurrency matters, and internal investigations.

Sashe has acted as counsel and as arbitrator in international and domestic commercial matters across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He sits as a neutral on the AAA, ICDR, and CPR panels and has served as sole and party-appointed arbitrator in commercial disputes in energy, construction, consumer/TCPA and professional liability. He is an Advisory Board member of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA) and serves on the CPR International Arbitration Committee.

Sashe is also an adjunct professor at the University of Houston Law School. He teaches classes in International Arbitration and International Risk Management in Oil Field Services. He has also lectured extensively on international arbitration and litigation topics throughout the United States as well as in Russia, England, North Macedonia, Poland, Qatar Kazakhstan and Mexico.

Finally, he has been on the ITA Advisory Board since 2013 as well as CPR International Arbitration Committee since 2019. He co-authored the revised CPR arbitration rules in 2023 and was appointed the CPR Energy, Oil and Gas Committee Co-Chair in 2024.
