Partner Chad Rutkowski will moderate the panel “The Impact of Google v. Oracle on Fair Use” during IPWatchdog Live on Sept. 13, 2021. The CLE presentation will discuss the U.S. Supreme Court’s April 2021 ruling that Google’s copying of Oracle’s code was fair use and the open questions following the Court’s decision. The program is part of the IPWatchdog conference being held in Dallas, Texas, on Sept. 12-14, 2021.
