Partner Ken Reisenfeld will speak on a panel titled “Accountability and Internet Governance” at the annual International Law Weekend (ILW), presented by the International Law Association American Branch. Reisenfeld recently served as an arbitrator in a first-of-its-kind arbitration involving the use of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) procedures for handling domain name disputes.
The ILW takes place Oct. 20-22, 2022, in New York City. ILWs can attract audiences of 1200 or more practitioners, academics, UN diplomats, business leaders, federal and state government officials, non-governmental organization (NGO) leaders, journalists, students and other interested parties. This year’s program focuses on the next 100 years of international law.
