Summary
Three plaintiff groups, fiction and nonfiction authors, each filed a complaint in the Northern District of California against OpenAI, alleging copyright infringement, vicarious copyright infringement, DMCA violations and torts related to OpenAI’s GPT models and ChatGPT service.
