<li>Represented the administrative agent in acquisition financing for a private equity portfolio company in the consumer products space.</li>
<li>Represented the administrative agent in a $500 million credit facility to a public company with foreign borrowers and foreign guarantors located in more than 10 different foreign jurisdictions.</li>
