Ally Brittain continues to grow her practice by focusing on labor and employment, including allegations of discrimination, harassment and retaliation in violation of Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act; wage and hour claims and collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act; non-competes; trade secrets; paid and unpaid leave; occupational safety; and health and employee privacy. Prior to joining BakerHostetler full time, she was a summer associate in our Houston office, interned with the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office in Richmond, Texas, and served as a law clerk with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of Texas.
