With more than two decades of experience as a law firm executive and trusted adviser, Catherine has held chief talent officer roles at two Am Law 50 firms and has counseled leading law firms on talent, leadership and growth strategies. She brings an innovative, data-informed perspective to the role, coupled with a strong understanding of law firm economics, and the evolving needs of the legal profession through a business lens.
