Christopher Raidy is a partner on the Debt Finance team and leads engagements on behalf of private equity firms, private credit funds and corporate clients on complex debt financing transactions across domestic and cross-border markets. His practice focuses on secured and unsecured financings, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings and other special situation transactions and debtor-in-possession financings.
Christopher regularly represents sponsors, borrowers, issuers, public and private companies and investment funds in sophisticated financing matters and has advised on transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $30 billion. His experience includes financing matters related to multibillion-dollar acquisitions, investments, debt restructurings, Chapter 11 reorganizations and strategic growth transactions across a broad range of industries.
