<li>Represented an institutional multifamily investor in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties ranging from $20 million to $75 million in Florida, Georgia and Texas.</li>
<li>Represented a multifamily investor in a $22.5 million disposition of a multi-unit condominium portfolio.</li>
<li>Represented a developer in a $12.5 million disposition of a newly constructed medical office building.</li>
<li>Represented a not-for-profit organization in a $9.3 million disposition of land adjacent to their building to a residential condominium developer, which included redevelopment of their existing parking lot and multiple easement agreements retaining rights to parking and exclusive use and enjoyment.</li>
