Danny handles a variety of commercial real estate matters, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents and managing due diligence and closing processes. Earlier in his career, he owned and operated a real estate brokerage, giving him hands-on experience in acquisitions, dispositions and leasing, as well as market analysis and financial modeling.
