With a background that includes 10 years as a patent examiner for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office examining applications related to horology, wearable technology and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), Daniel Wicklund utilizes his technical know-how and his understanding of patent law to advocate for clients and guide them through the patent prosecution process and protecting their intellectual property rights. Daniel’s in-depth knowledge of USPTO’s policies and procedures, combined with his experience in diverse mechanical and electrical arts, allow him to understand and address clients’ specific needs.
