Dan has extensive experience structuring, originating, financing and securitizing a wide range of assets, from consumer and commercial receivables to emerging and specialty asset classes. He also regularly advises on transactions involving offshore entities, foreign currency offerings and securities listed on European and Asian exchanges. Known for his practical approach to complex transactions, Dan has helped clients execute groundbreaking financings across multiple industries, including award-winning and first-of-their-kind securitization structures, such as advising on a $660 million financing for the deployment of digital protection systems to theater screens across North America.
