Danielle focuses on collaborating with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their core operations, technologies and goals.  This enables her to design customized, effective and actionable solutions to data privacy challenges.  She provides clarity on the patchwork of privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the New Jersey Data Privacy Law (NJDPL) and the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA) to clients across various industries and helps them to proactively minimize regulatory and litigation risks.
