Emily’s litigation practice includes a wide range of commercial litigation issues, as well as government investigations and criminal defense. As a former judicial clerk, Emily brings a strong background in writing, editing and in-depth research. She handles all phases of litigation, arbitration and mediation, including drafting pleadings and major motions, managing discovery and witness preparation.
Before law school, Emily worked on electoral campaigns and as a researcher on work-family policy issues.
