Eric Steinhart is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience handling complex civil litigation in state and federal court. Before joining the firm, Eric served as a trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Division, where he represented the United States in high-profile litigation. At the Department of Justice, Eric litigated in both federal district and circuit courts, drafting principal briefs, arguing motions and developing strategy in class action litigation as well as cases brought by individual plaintiffs and states.
