Francesca Rogo is a litigator on the firm’s Commercial Litigation team, representing clients in complex disputes from pre-suit strategy and discovery through trial victories and appeals. She has broad experience handling high stakes matters across industries, with a particular focus on intellectual property litigation, including trademark and copyright claims. Francesca also advises clients on white collar and regulatory matters, including government enforcement actions and compliance programs.
A meticulous legal writer and researcher, she is valued for her ability to quickly master complex factual records and develop strategic arguments. Her prior professional experience in the fashion industry gives her unique insight into brand‑driven businesses and allows her to deliver practical counsel tailored to her clients’ needs. Francesca approaches each matter with the attention to detail necessary to address the issues clients face in both domestic and foreign jurisdictions.
Additionally, Francesca assists members of the BakerHostetler team representing Trustee Irving H. Picard for the SIPA liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Securities LLC, an experience that will invaluably enhance her knowledge of all aspects of litigation and trial preparation.
Francesca is an active member of the BakerHostetler community, serving on the Mentor Committee for the New York office and regularly serving as a mentor for the Summer Associate program.
