Henry Zangara is a seasoned transactional attorney with more than 25 years of practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private investment funds, corporate finance and general corporate counsel. He has a wealth of experience in advising both fund sponsors and investors, including private equity, venture capital, growth capital, mezzanine and buyout funds, as well as family offices, across a wide range of commercial finance transactions. These matters include venture and growth capital investments, minority stakes, debt and equity financings, restructurings and leveraged buyouts.
Henry also counsels clients on fund formation, secondary transactions and co-investments.
