Jared Allen represents a broad array of clients in commercial disputes as well as securities and corporate governance litigation matters. Jared takes the time to understand each client’s industry and business in order to build a strong foundation for nuanced and effective problem solving. They draw on an adaptable skill set to help clients make informed, business-savvy decisions about litigation risk management, government investigations and trial preparation.

Before joining BakerHostetler, Jared litigated at an international law firm and represented corporate leadership in federal securities and Delaware Chancery matters, government investigations, adverse proceedings in high-profile Chapter 11 cases, as well as complex commercial disputes. They also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ann M. Donnelly in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Jared has a long-standing commitment to pro bono litigation and has led teams to secure asylum status for refugees, as well as Social Security Disability Insurance for indigent individuals. They previously served on the pro bono advisory board for the largest civil legal services organization in the country.
