Jason Cross is a seasoned trial lawyer, having represented individuals and companies in complex business disputes all over the world and in all stages of the dispute resolution process. For more than two decades, Jason has effectively advocated for clients in front of state and federal courts in Texas and throughout the U.S., and for clients involved in cross-border disputes, in international arbitrations under the body of rules of some of the world’s leading arbitral institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC).
Jason focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes including breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, unlawful competition, defamation and other business torts. He handles matters at all stages of the dispute resolution process from pre-suit strategy and emergency injunctive relief through trial and final resolution. Jason frequently litigates disputes arising from or involving high-value transactions and regularly appears in state and federal courts across the country and in front of arbiters and tribunals all over the world.
