Jason litigates patents, as well as other forms of intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in courts across the country, at the International Trade Commission and on appeal at the Federal Circuit. Jason also serves as BakerHostetler’s Intellectual Property Group Leader for the Washington, D.C., office.
