Prior to trial, obtained summary judgment on the plaintiff’s tortious interference and punitive damages claims which were based on unsubstantiated allegations of bribery and corruption.</li>
<li>Member of trial team that obtained a jury verdict of more than $74 million in damages for an independent oil and gas exploration and production company after a month-long trial.</li>
<li>Member of trial team that obtained a complete defense victory for a major boat motor distributor against a breach of contract claim. Prior to trial, obtained summary judgment on the plaintiff’s tortious interference and declaratory judgment claims.</li>

<li>Defended national retailer and distributor in nationwide docket of product liability cases involving consumer kitchen appliances.</li>
<li>Defended a Fortune 100 healthcare distributor in the Texas opioid multidistrict litigation.</li>
<li>Defended home improvement stores in premises and product liability lawsuits.</li>
<li>Defended grill manufacturer in personal injury cases involving issues of product liability, warranty and negligence.</li>
<li>Defended construction equipment manufacturer in multiple lawsuits involving issues of product liability, warranty, breach of contract and negligence.</li>
<li>Defended drilling company against numerous personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits after a fatal oil well blowout and fire.</li>
<li>Defended county against civil rights, wrongful death and personal injury claims filed by 34 plaintiffs arising from alleged incidents at the county jail.</li>

<li>Defended grill manufacturer in putative class action filed in federal court against breach of warranty claims.</li>
<li>Defended a hotel and resort in a class action filed in federal court for alleged contractual violations.</li>
<li>Defended waste collection companies in a putative class action in federal court involving allegations of deceptive surcharges and fees. Researched and drafted the motion that resulted in the voluntary dismissal of one of the companies for lack of personal jurisdiction.</li>

Commercial Litigation
<ul>
<li>Defended two national automotive parts manufacturers against breach of contract claims and prosecuted cross-claims and third-party claims for breach of contract, indemnity, unjust enrichment and fraud.</li>
<li>Successfully defended a condominium association and its board members against a claim for punitive damages in a defamation per se case. Served as lead appellate counsel and drafted appellate brief that resulted in affirmance of trial court&#8217;s order. Waldman v. Waterview Towers Condo. Ass’n. Inc., No. 4D22-2453, 2023 WL 4362719 (Fla. 4th DCA July 6, 2023).</li>
<li>Defended multiple companies and employees in a wrongful death action. Researched and drafted several dispositive motions that heavily aided in the negotiation of a favorable settlement.</li>
<li>Represented oilfield services company in lawsuit against former employees and a competitor involving theft of confidential information and claims for breach of contract, tortious interference and breach of fiduciary duty.</li>
<li>Represented a national retailer in contract dispute with overseas supplier involving fraudulent wiring instructions.</li>
<li>Defended a waste transportation company against environmental claims under CERCLA.</li>
<li>Obtained summary judgment in favor of three aviation companies on the plaintiffs’ claims of tortious interference related to the award of a government contract to provide fuel services to an airport in a foreign country. Allied Services v. ASIG Holdings, Case No. 2011-CA-01578-O, in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, Orange County, Florida, per curiam affirmed Allied Services v. ASIG Holdings, 222 So.3d 1226 (Fla.5th DCA 2017).</li>
<li>Experience assisting companies in internal investigations and responding to incidents involving fatal accidents and personal injuries.</li>
