Landon Sullivan has vast experience in real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage-based financing and economic development incentives. With an in-house and private practice background, he is adept at handling transactions for a wide variety of property types, such as retail, industrial, commercial, office, data center, multifamily and mixed use. Landon uses his in-depth knowledge of the real estate landscape to assist clients in all aspects of a real estate transaction, including due diligence analysis, negotiating contracts, advising on land use and entitlement matters and coordinating complex closings.
Landon previously served as senior corporate counsel for a multinational e-commerce company, where he led an in-house legal team that provided legal support for all real estate leasing, acquisition and development transactions and all asset management issues related to facilities comprising the first and middle-mile segments, as well as the company’s international customer fulfillment network. He also negotiated more than 150 leases to expand the company’s network of delivery stations, sortation centers and other customer fulfillment facilities and provided real estate asset management support for its entire real estate portfolio.
