Lauren’s practice spans both litigation and counseling. She has experience with collective bargaining, preparing for arbitrations, conducting internal investigations and guiding employers through complex workplace issues. Lauren advises and represents clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including discrimination and retaliation claims, wage and hour compliance, family and medical leave laws, workers’ compensation, noncompete agreements and employee handbooks.
