Mary Kate Brennan is a trial lawyer with extensive experience litigating intellectual property matters before state and federal courts, and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Working with domestic and international clients on issues ranging from trademarks and copyrights to patents, trade secrets, false advertising and unfair competition, she regularly leads complex, multijurisdictional enforcement strategies around the world. Mary Kate has a deep knowledge of fashion law and received her LL.M from Fordham University School of Law, additionally, she teaches a fashion law seminar at Georgetown University Law Center where she is an adjunct professor.
