Matthew Caligur is a first-chair trial lawyer who represents clients in high-stakes commercial disputes, including breach of contract matters involving pricing, performance and risk allocation. He is frequently called when contractual disputes are driven by changing market conditions, including supply chain disruption and shifts in U.S. trade policy. His practice centers on disputes involving contract interpretation, performance obligations, pricing and supply issues, and allocation of risk in commercially significant relationships. He regularly represents clients in industries including manufacturing, energy, transportation, healthcare and technology, where contractual arrangements are operationally complex and disputes are high-stakes. In addition, Matthew is frequently called to handle commercial issues arising from changes in U.S. trade policy, including those involving IEEPA, Section 122, 232, and 301 tariffs, and advises clients on the impact of such developments on contractual obligations, pricing, compliance and risk allocation.
