Nichol John maintains a well-rounded litigation practice that encompasses a wide range of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, fiduciary duty, trade secrets, deceptive trade practices and noncompete matters, as well as federal law disputes involving trademark infringement, copyright infringement, unfair competition and false advertising. She also has experience representing clients in state and federal employment litigation, including claims under the ADA, ADEA and Title VII, as well as related state and local laws and in defamation and anti-SLAPP matters. Throughout her practice, Nichol is closely involved in all phases of litigation, from drafting pleadings and pretrial motions to managing discovery and coordinating with opposing counsel.
