Paul Stammen works in debt finance, representing clients across a wide range of transactions. His experience includes advising both banks and borrowers and other related parties in various financing arrangements, including but not limited to commercial and industrial financings, acquisition financings and construction and equipment financings.
Paul's work frequently involves drafting and negotiating credit agreements, revolving and term notes, security agreements, guaranties and intercreditor and subordination arrangements. He conducts comprehensive due diligence, prepares authorizing resolutions and financing statements and works directly with all parties involved through closing. In addition to financing work, Paul has experience in general corporate and regulatory law.
