Ron Stepanovic’s practice focuses principally on mergers and acquisitions. Ron has extensive experience advising private equity firms in connection with their acquisition activities and founders and families in connection with the sale of their businesses. He also serves as general counsel for portfolio companies acquired by his private equity clients. Additionally, Ron has been involved in numerous acquisitions of accounting firms and has significant experience representing real estate firms in connection with their acquisitions and dispositions.
Ron is the former head of the firm’s private equity practice and former co-head of the firm’s M&A practice. He currently serves as a member of the firm’s Policy Committee. Ron is Chambers USA ranked and listed in The Best Lawyers in America® (Ohio: Mergers and Acquisitions Law).
