<li>Anna is experienced in patent prosecution in the following fields: immunology, antibodies, neuroimmunology, anti-virus therapies, vaccines, cancer treatment, drug delivery, molecular assays, diagnostic methods and medical devices. Anna identifies patentable subject matter from invention disclosures and drafts and prosecutes patent applications without losing focus of the invention and the client’s commercial needs. Anna is experienced in U.S. patent prosecution and coordinates foreign prosecution outside of the U.S. Anna has worked with diverse clients, varying from major corporations to universities, startup companies to independent inventors.</li>
<li>Successfully appealed an examiner’s written description and obviousness rejections to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board for an immune cell identification platform.</li>
