Sami Harb is an associate in BakerHostetler’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, representing employers in a wide range of employment-related matters, including litigation, counseling and transactional issues. His experience includes defending employers against claims brought under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Title VII, as well as handling matters involving restrictive covenants and employment agreements.
