Scott is deeply involved in every phase of litigation, from drafting demand letters and initial pleadings through discovery, motion practice and trial. He regularly manages large-scale discovery, conducts depositions and drafts dispositive motions and pre-trial filings. His experience includes matters in federal and state courts, including the Southern District of New York, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Scott's clients span industries such as automotive, fintech, professional services, financial services and pharmaceutical, where he navigates evolving legal and regulatory challenges in complex commercial disputes.
