Overview

Saidah Grimes has an in-depth legal background that includes complex civil litigation, data breach response and litigation, antitrust litigation and complex commercial litigation. Beginning her career executing the myriad of details involved in real estate financing and transactions, Saidah's experience has grown to encompass managing discovery teams, drafting memoranda and appellate briefs, preparing witnesses for deposition, handling risk assessments and analyses and collaborating with government agencies.

Saidah works on a variety of litigation matters in connection with BakerHostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under the Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC, an unprecedented effort involving hundreds of actions in the recovery of billions of investor dollars.
