Represented Clements Worldwide, an international insurance broker providing insurance solutions for expatriates, diplomats, military personnel, and commercial clients including nonprofits, contractors, embassies, and schools, in its sale to Arthur J. Represented an insurance specialist providing services in wholesale brokerage and delegated underwriting authority in its sale to an international specialty insurance firm that provides innovative solutions for brokers, agents and insurance carriers with enterprise value in excess of $1 billion.
