  • Investigated numerous whistleblower retaliation complaints brought under the Federal Railroad Safety Act (FRSA) and prepared response on behalf of the rail carrier to submit to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Also assisted with discovery, motion practice, witness preparation, trial strategy, and post-hearing brief preparation relating to FRSA hearings before an administrative law judge.
  • Investigated and prepared responses to complaints alleging unlawful discrimination in equal employment offices across the country on behalf of employers.
