With more than 25 years in the real estate industry, Amy Bridwell serves as counsel on the Real Estate team and represents retailers, real estate developers, private equity funds, operators and investors in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, from letter of intent to closing.

Amy focuses on the big picture while handling a myriad of details, and she works to understand the client's business goals in order to provide them with what is needed to achieve the end result.

  • Review and negotiate loan documents in the representation of borrowers.
  • Assist with private equity transactions, including review of diligence and preparation of strategic relationship agreements, entity documents and mezzanine financing instruments.
