Anthony Calanni is a member of the firm’s Debt Finance and Tax Credit Finance and Economic Development Incentives teams. His practice areas include traditional debt finance, non-traditional financing sources, such as new markets tax credits, and general business and corporate governance matters. Using his foundational understanding of business plan development and corporate finance, Anthony provides knowledgeable counsel to a diverse range of clients, including real estate developers, nonprofit organizations and private equity firms.
