Brandon Mecham is an intellectual property lawyer with more than 10 years of experience in worldwide patent portfolio management, development, counseling, exploitation and enforcement for sophisticated corporate clients. His areas of concentration include the prosecution and litigation of U.S. and foreign patents, patent clearance, portfolio development strategies and licensing.

With a knowledge of client needs amid competitive, complex and ever-changing technologies and markets, Brandon guides his clients through effective strategies to develop, enhance and protect intellectual property rights. His experience litigating patent cases in federal court and winning appeals before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board has expanded his view toward big-picture objectives and long-term strategies.
