The April 10, 2023, edition of Tax Notes Federal (“Court Delivers FedEx Huge Victory in FTC Offset Earnings Dispute”) includes an analysis of a March 31 FedEx win at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, where the company&#39;s motion for partial summary judgment was granted.  Interviewed for the piece, Partner Brian Davis told Tax Notes Federal that this decision could be quite significant and have considerable implications for the government.
