Brian Murray has a depth of experience counseling clients on diverse employee benefit and executive compensation matters, including employee benefits matters in mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, as well as the consolidation and restructuring of employee benefit plans and arrangements after closing. He also regularly helps clients maintain comprehensive and accessible policies and procedures for complying with HIPAA's constantly evolving privacy, security, electronic transaction, and breach notification requirements.
