Chelsea Lamb focuses her practice on privacy and digital risk class action and litigation. She has represented clients primarily from the financial, health care and technology industries in federal and state regulatory investigations surrounding data breaches. Chelsea also advises clients on privacy related laws and assists them in building data maps and the resulting compliance programs.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Chelsea worked in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. She continues to use her background in finance and logistics to support her clients today. Chelsea also addresses other privacy, compliance and regulatory matters, such as assisting clients with responses to government inquiries and civil investigative demands and preparing for interviews with regulators. Having served a two-year clerkship in the U.S. District Courts, Chelsea has a deep understanding of the court system and works with clients to develop practical, cost-effective solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. She recently obtained her Certified Information Privacy Professional/U.S. (CIPP/US) designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
