Colby Everett represents clients across the U.S. in investigations and litigation, including work on all aspects of employment policies, employment disputes, non-compete and non-solicitation disputes, corporate espionage and trade secret litigation. For executives and high-level employees, Colby aggressively advocates during investigations, departures and in litigation, focusing on managing clients’ front-end risk to mitigate back-end exposure. He channels this experience and energy in his role on the Privacy and Digital Risk Class Action team.

A team player, Colby provides clients with always-responsive representation. He values disposing of high-exposure matters as early as possible. Colby is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy.
