Overview

Csilla Boga-Lofaro is a member of the E-Discovery Advocacy and Management team. Csilla has extensive experience handling large-scale discovery, managing projects and workflows in complex commercial litigations, class actions and regulatory inquiries. She serves as a liaison between the legal team, IT personnel, vendors and records management personnel, works with case teams implementing best practices regarding preservation, collections, review and productions of relevant data for timely execution of discovery deadlines and is fully dedicated to serving clients’ needs in order to achieve efficient and cost-effective results.

Csilla has been designated as a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists. She is co-author of the article "Court Guideposts for the Path to Technology Assisted Review (TAR) Adoption" that has been included in the PLI Course Handbook Series of Electronic Discovery since 2018.

  • Supported discovery efforts in government enforcement investigations and complex litigation matters, including securities, class actions and internal and regulatory investigations in connection with the representation of one of the world's leading investment banking companies in matters arising from mortgage-backed securities related to the 2008 recession.

Conducted and defended numerous depositions in a variety of tort cases against New York City, as well as the Departments of Sanitation, Education, Environmental Protection, and Parks and Recreation.
