Overview

Dante Marinucci is a trial lawyer with experience examining witnesses in jury and administrative trials and arguing before the Supreme Court of Ohio. He frequently represents corporations in large disputes, including MDLs, class actions, and complex commercial matters. Dante has considerable experience representing financial institutions and defending companies in the fast-emerging area of data breach litigation. Early in his career, Dante spent six months on secondment to the London litigation department of a Fortune Global 500 bank based in the United Kingdom.
