Overview

Dante Marinucci is a trial lawyer with experience examining witnesses in jury trials and administrative matters. Additionally, he has argued before the Supreme Court of Ohio. Dante frequently represents corporations in large disputes, including class actions, MDLs, and complex commercial matters. He has considerable experience representing financial institutions in cases involving commercial lending, complex financial instruments, lender-liability claims, and bankruptcy and restructuring disputes. Early in his career, Dante spent six months on secondment to the London litigation department of a Fortune Global 500 bank based in the United Kingdom.
