Overview

Dante Marinucci has trial experience at all levels of litigation and has successfully argued before the Supreme Court of Ohio. His litigation practice covers more than just a variety of financial institutions, it spans continents. From acting as in-house litigation counsel for a Fortune Global 200 bank in the United Kingdom, to representing a regional bank in commercial foreclosure actions, Dante has litigated cases involving complex financial instruments, lender-liability claims, and bankruptcy and restructuring disputes.

Outside of the financial services industry, Dante has considerable experience representing clients in consumer class actions, MDLs, complex commercial disputes, toxic-tort actions, anti-trust matters and data breach-related lawsuits.
