Overview

With an extensive background in the life sciences arena, Felicity Groth works closely with clients to understand and facilitate evolving business goals through strategic IP planning and implementation. She assists clients in developing and implementing effective IP strategies and building strong patent portfolios that protect and promote commercialization of both platform technologies and biological products. She specializes in technologies, including molecular biology, microbiology, immunology and biochemistry, with a focus on nucleic acid-, cell- and protein-based therapeutics and diagnostics. Her practice includes evaluation of new technologies; preparation and prosecution of global patent portfolios; lifecycle development; and client counseling.
