Jeremy has successfully litigated cases for clients ranging from start-ups to leading technology companies in complex patent infringement and contract dispute matters. He is experienced in all phases of U.S. district court patent litigation and domestic arbitration, and regularly applies his technical background to counsel clients in crisis management situations and risk mitigation practices with respect to product design and marketing strategy.

Jeremy drafts winning motions and memoranda relevant to all phases of U.S. district court litigation, including motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, motions in limine and expert reports. He also has experience drafting favorable software development kit and image copyright licensing agreements.

Prior to joining BakerHostetler, Jeremy was an associate in the patent litigation practice of a nationally recognized law firm. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jesus G. Bernal of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
