Overview

Jessica Anderson focuses her practice on real estate law, specifically in the areas of hospitality and timeshare, where she assists developers and homeowners associations on matters that include product development, governing documents and compliance.  

Jessica previously served a two-year clerkship with the Honorable John Antoon II, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida and an externship with the Honorable Mark E. Walker, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida, giving her a solid foundation for the practice of law and an insider's perspective on the workings of the judicial system.

Select Experience

  • Represented developer and investment clients in the closing of commercial real estate loans and negotiation of commercial leases for a variety of property types, including hotel, retail, storage facility, dining and multi-family.
  • Served an externship for a timeshare company where responsibilities included analyzing complex accounting issues and deeding of developer inventory, submitting state vacation ownership registrations and performing contract reviews.
