Jonathan Maddalone draws on his experience as a law clerk in both the state and federal courts as he builds his privacy and digital risk class action and litigation practice.

With a background in performing in-depth research, and drafting judicial opinions on proposed class action and free exercise of religion during the COVID-19 pandemic cases, he addresses clients' concerns and works with them to develop efficient, cost-effective solutions and strategies to both complex and novel legal issues.
