Partners Daniel Goettle, Jason Hoffman and Jeremy Anderson, Counsel Elyssa Kates and Associate Jeffrey Lyons represented BakerHostetler at the District of Delaware 2025 Bench & Bar Conference, Sept. 25-26, 2025, in Wilmington, Delaware. Hoffman presented as part of a panel titled “Damages in Patent Cases,” which also included two federal judges – District Judge John Campbell Barker and District Judge Joshua D. Wolson. Lyons serves as Treasurer on the Executive Committee of the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
