  • Served as integral member of two-person team that successfully defended and set aside default judgment in federal court for failure to properly serve.
  • Served as co-lead of a team defending against breach of contract and tortious interference of a contract. Obtained summary judgment on all plaintiff’s claims. Heavily involved in research, discovery, client interviews, trial preparation and motion practice, including drafting the favorable motion for summary judgment.
  • Involved in representation of client seeking declaratory relief from lease. Obtained favorable settlement shortly after summary judgment filed. Engaged in motion practice, including summary judgment.
