<li>Tried case on behalf of large machinery and engine manufacturer for breach of contract claims against supplier which resulted in favorable settlement.</li>
<li>Obtained summary judgment in favor of one of the largest energy companies on breach of contract and tortious interference with contract claims where the plaintiff demanded over $2 million.</li>
<li>Represented multiple clients in the pursuit and defense of injunctive relief, including securing a temporary restraining order against former employees in breach of restrictive covenants that required a collective $4 million buyout and successfully defended against a temporary injunction seeking to limit the client’s business operations.</li>
<li>Defended large entertainment company against plaintiff’s allegations of trademark infringement resulting in favorable settlement where the plaintiff initially sought more than $20 million.</li>
<li>Obtained victories as lead counsel for hospitality company in arbitrations for breach of contract.</li>
<li>Represented operators in wildfire litigation in state and multidistrict litigation resulting in numerous favorable settlements.</li>
<li>Serves as national counsel for healthcare provider for correctional facilities wherein she has obtained favorable outcomes, including dismissal of the plaintiff’s 42. U.S.C. §§ 1983 claims.</li>

<li>Represented manufacturer for claims related to breach of warranty and fraud for runout at its facility and secured favorable settlement after successfully defeating defendant’s motion to dismiss.</li>
<li>Secured insurance coverage for multiple manufacturers and facility owners facing contractor-related premises liability actions.</li>
<li>Represent chemical facility owner in various premises liability actions and indemnity and coverage disputes.</li>
<li>Defended pharmaceutical company in state multi-district litigation that resulted in favorable settlement.</li>
