Overview

Kristin Houston represents public and private companies in a wide variety of domestic and international complex business transactions, including private equity, commercial and technology transactions. Drawing from her experience as in-house counsel, she has key insight into the needs and demands of the legal departments and operational teams that she supports through her practice.

Kristin has extensive experience working with company executives to develop a full understanding of their underlying business objectives. Additionally, she has experience advising clients on intellectual property matters, including trademark filings, brand enforcement, copyright infringement and domain name disputes. Combining her experience with her collaborative, hands-on approach, Kristin strives to anticipate and meet client needs, enabling them to focus on their business while she handles their legal obligations.
